Hello everyone who read my PIQs, I decided to put it out there so people can read it. As a Community College Student in California, I decided to apply to 4 Universities of California only. I had a TAG on one of them which meant that I did not see the need for applying to any other schools asides from UCs instead of california state universities. The universities I got accepted thanks to the help of a UCLA friend who improved my essays to be more likable has gotten me into these 4 Universities as a status.

University of Irvine:

This is the University I am currently attending to and got accepted thanks to the TAG program. I also made sure I could transfer to this school using Assist.org to make sure all of the classes I needed as a psychology major would allow me to guarantee my spot in this University. It seems like they may have liked my essays too? I'm not too sure honestly. I did watch PIQ advice videos to help me format my essays better.

University of Merced:

This was the university that gave me my first acceptance letter out of all four universities. I was extremely happy when I first got an acceptance letter, it made me feel valued and really happy. I would of chosen this school had I not gotten to UCI because it didn't require me to do chemistry when transferring from PCC to this school lol.

University of San Diego:

This was another university that I wanted to attend to and is #3 out of all 4 universities that I wanted to attend to. This is considered a popular school after all. Nevertheless, it required extra classes for me to do. While I was interested in their multiple degrees of psychology available, I declined since I just wanted a general pscyhology degree and all schools have that available.

University of Los Angeles:

This was the last university that I wanted to attend but I still chose to try and transfer to this university because it was the most popular. This was also the only university that put me on waitlisted. I didn't want to pick UCLA out of all university choices because its location was literally in LA so I decided to choose all the UCs that accepted me. I was not interested in accepting their waitlist anyways.
